Production Control Administrator – The Production Control Administrator assists with administrative activities of production control within the assigned department. The administrator also acts as a liaison for the flow of information and focal point for the development of documentation to facilitate the flow of production to meet customer demand on a daily and weekly basis.
Assemblers - Assembles parts and components necessary to complete sub-assemblies and final product. These are full-time positions 1st shift (Monday through Friday, 7 am - 3:30 pm) and 2nd shift (Monday-Thursday, 3:30 pm to 2 am) in various departments. Overtime may be required. Individual must be able to work 8-10 hours a day; (during training 8 hours a day), and if necessary 5 hours on Saturday.
Drafter Designer - The Drafter Designer supports design and manufacturing by drawing preliminary parts for review and revision control of existing drawings. Prepares drawings of finished goods and bills of material for the review and use of engineering, purchasing, sales, and manufacturing. This position reports to the senior drafter designer.
Former I - Former 1 prepares and sets up fixtures for the forming/bending of elements or steel tubes with the use of blueprints. 1st shift (Monday through Friday, 7 am -- 3:30 pm) and 2nd shift (Monday through Thursday, 3:30 pm – 2 am) are available. Individuals hired to work 2nd shift will train on 1st shift for a minimum of four weeks. Individuals must be able to work 8-10 hours a day and, if necessary, 5 hours on Saturday.
MGO Filling Machine Operator - MGO Filling Machine Operator prepares tubing for the MGO filling operation. This is a full-time 1st shift (Monday through Friday, 7 am -- 3:30 pm). Overtime may be required.
CNC Set Up Operator - CNC Set Up Operator fabricates precision-machined parts using CNC turning and milling centers. Operators set up and operate close tolerance and conventional equipment, then fabricates and verifies precision machined parts and documents actions. This is a full-time 1st shift (Monday through Friday, 7 am - 3:30 pm). Overtime may be required.
Cycle Counter - Counts the inventory and maintains a high level of inventory accuracy as well as integrity. Full-time, first shift 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Quality Engineer – The Quality Engineer provides quality engineering leadership for production through validation of manufacturing processes, recommendation and implementation of process improvements, failure analysis on returned product, quality data analysis, and applying effective corrective actions for continuous improvement results. This is a first shift position (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
CNC Group Lead – The CNC Group Lead fabricates precision machined parts using CNC Turning and milling centers. This position set-ups and operates close tolerance and conventional equipment; fabricates and verifies precision machined parts with CMM inspection support for proper document control process and provides first line technical support to all production operations as well as interacts with Engineering and Production staff to solve production-related problems. The CNC Group Leader works with Engineering and Production staff to ensure a smooth transition of new product introduction; performs CNC. Individuals must be able to work 8-10 hours a day and, if necessary, 5 hours on Saturday.
