RB style straight run, 45° and 90° bend resistance temperature detector fixed bayonet sensors are available in a wide variety of sizes and styles.  Standard options include 304 stainless steel probe construction with flexible stainless steel cable lead wire protection.  Typical RTD temperature sensor probe applications include plastics, packaging, and other industrial sensing applications.
