In many cases, due to extremely harsh and challenging environments, the heating system solution is not always a one-size-fits-all.Durex Industries recently completed a project for a safety shower circulation heater for a client located in WY. They required an electric heating solution with the ability to isolate the heater from the shower circulation system for easier maintenance or repairs. In accordance with the requirements provided by the client, Durex’ engineering team configured and built a custom skid-mounted circulation heater with control panel that seamlessly integrated into the site’s distributed control system (DCS). Providing a complete process heating system was a cost effective solution for the client, saving them installation time by allowing them to implement the entire packaged heating system instead of individual components. Although not included in the scope of supply for this project, Durex Industries has the capability to include the circulation pumping system, cooling system as well as instrumentation and equipment required to supply a safe and reliable turnkey heating system for your site in accordance with applicable code and project specifications.
