RW style resistance temperature detector thermowells are available in various element types and wiring configurations. Cast iron or aluminum screw cover heads are commonly used to terminate the industrial RTD  thermowell assemblies, however, other head options are available. Comes with a fixed or spring loaded fitting.

RTD thermowell temperature sensor probes are typically used in pressurized or harsh industrial process applications that require the benefits of resistance temperature measurement and the additional protection from the working environment.
