Manipulation of the welder settings along with proper fixturing to hold and align the connection points allowed us to create strong, flat weld points that have stood up to the harsh vibratory conditions found in this application. The new robust RTD sensor probe design eliminated the lead wire breakage issue that the manufacturer was experiencing and provided a consistent flatness for optimum hot plate operation.
